Wine and drink production often requires the use of adjuvants, the dosage of which must be implemented with maximum flexibility and precision.
ACRAM systems provide precise, clarifying dosing of oenological adjuvants at all stages of production (from pressed to bottled wine), liquid SO2, enzymes, tannins, clarifiers, gum Arabic, MCR, metatartaric acid....
 
Systems can be equipped with monitoring devices to check the actual dosage of the adjuvant: any deviation from the programmed value, beyond a certain range, produces alarms and possible blocking of the system.
All dosage trend data can furthermore be consulted from the control panel.
