It is an automatic milk sample collection device without operator intervention. The device is made up of baskets inside which containers (vials) bearing an identifying barcode are positioned. At each collection point, the vial dedicated to the respective supplier will be automatically filled with the collected milk sample.
Everything happens in a closed refrigerated box that can be locked
Depending on your needs, bottles with bar codes or RFID writing systems can be used.
These systems allow for widespread and unambiguous tracking of the sample. In short, they create a sort of identity card of the sample collected.
The Bottle Drive system can be installed at reception or on a vehicle and can collect up to 60 samples.
We also create smaller automatic collection devices called Mini Bottle Drives which allow you to have collection baskets of 15 or 30 samples whilst maintaining the same technical characteristics.
