When a bottle is excluded from production due to packaging defects (incorrect bottle level, imperfections on the packaging), in addition to lost revenue, it involves high management costs due to emptying and possible recovery of the product.
The ACRAM bottle emptying system, positioned near the collection area, allows these operations to be optimized: the operator will only have to insert the bottles into the appropriate collector, and the system will automatically manage the recovered wine.
