1. ALL-INCLUSIVE ASSISTANCE
The goal is to prevent and resolve all possible problems that could occur on the machine over time with a “kasco” type package.
2. REMOTE ASSISTANCE PACKAGES
ACRAM machines are able to communicate in complete security with our dedicated servers so as to guarantee all the remote assistance services available.
3. SCHEDULED AND ON REQUEST INTERVENTIONS
This service takes the form of a specific intervention, aimed at scheduled maintenance, consultancy and the resolution of ongoing problems.
4. SPARE PARTS KIT
We can supply spare parts kits at various levels, from essential to bespoke.
The spare parts kits are of three levels to satisfy the requests of every type of machine and customer need.
